Looks like it's going to be one of those nights. Best we don't play night games any more.

Much better defensively that quarter. Shame we just keep butchering goal scoring chances.

Need to keep that pressure and defensive effort up. Especially if we keep not scoring.

Jack's been ok.

Cripps third man up shits me to tears.

If we can be cleaner with the ball, we'll trouble them big time.

In the first, Phillips was pushed square in the back in a ruck contest. Play on.

That decision against phillips for a goal was an absolute disgrace.

at least structurally we have improved this year

hopefully a good foundation is being laid for longer term success

offensively we are nowhere near it

Casboult as our key forward shows we have a long way to go

And Thomas is still crap

Casboult not being re signed yet, GWS forwards available?

If Casboult doesn't have a big 2nd half of this season he's gonski

Everitt has been seriously flirting with his footy life in the last month. Deserves a stint the Magoos.

Tuohy having a shocker, has been under par big time this year compared to last. Needs his role redefined.

Sumner has something, but he is just there at the moment and not adding enough since back from injury.

Still a lot of holes in our team that need plugging.

Sumner hasn't had much of the footy but his defensive pressure is awesome. Works his backside off.

He will get better and become more damaging when we are a better side and he has the benefit of an injury-free run.

Sumner has something intangible. Needs to get more of the ball and he will have a real impact.

Was wondering how long it took for Casboult and Everitt to get mentioned.

I just assumed that everyone forgot they were playing.

Everitt looks to be playing a headless chook role in the midfield, whilst Casboult continues to be just a contested mark and nothing else.

I think Touhy has reached his ceiling and not much improvement left in him

Game for the ages this one. Everitt really is a lazy piece of shit. Maybe he is tired from being up all night getting hj's from jimmae

Yeah, some definite glaring holes in the team. Kerridge - great work rate, very smart, unfortunately just not an athlete. Might have been a great player in a past era. Everitt - skill, size, athleticism... unbelievably soft. I've defended him in the past but after going to Spotless last week I was able to witness better just how often he shirks a physical challenge. Casboult - fantastic strength and hands, but that foot... *shudder*.

SOSOS is silky. Think he'll be a good 'un. Clearly nervous and made some great instinctive moves only to freeze when he took a moment to consider his options. Deferring to senior teammates rather than backing himself, which is understandable.

Phillips has been very good, Curnow sublime, defense has been excellent. Think we'll be beaten when things open up, but it all looks good for the future.
