Not sure if this has been mentioned...

Imagine being one of these guys with potential that are either injured or playing in the twos.

The impact wins like this should have on them will be enormous.

McKay, Curnow, Jaksch, Gowers, etcetera should be busting a decent nut for a crack at being part of that action.

Get on board boys, if you're good enough.

Form in the seniors should build depth in the twos on desire alone.

The reported attitude toward rehab by Kreuzer and Casboult typifies this desire.

Bigger picture is that Bolton is building a reputation of maximising talent.... Opposition players will want to play for him and Carlton will once again be a club of choice... Strap yourself in, this could turn around very quickly, it already has started

It sure is looking mighty splendid this week.

Let Scott keep telling everyone it was geelong bad play that cost them and not Carltons good play.
We don't want all the other clubs looking at us to closely

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but Murphy playing without his helmet contributed to his ankle injury.

Just watched the game and all I have to add is, how good is it watching the boys doing the 1%.
They now shepherd for each other, create space for each other, run forward together and support, run back and help out and finally apply pressure and tackle together!!!!

Flowering beautiful. It doesn't matter if they the no1 or the no100 pick, play team football and you will flowering always be in the game.......love it and so proud of what I'm seeing. Let's hope this is the start of our club becoming a power house again.

Should shout out our committed fans booing Henderson within an inch of his life. Haven't seen a unified crowd performance like that since we tried to lynch Milburn in 2001.

But in all seriousness, just finished the last quarter now and that was one of the best tackling performances I can remember. I got told of a stat today that we had more tackles in the last quarter than in a whole game this time last year (but don't quote me on that).

Great to see what a proper coach has inspired out of this list so far.

One thing that I loved seeing was after the siren seeing all the coaches standing together and soaking it up. Together.

Yep. Think it was 38 in the last quarter, after just 35 in the game last year.

Good pick up. Took me back to the opening of The Journey where Bolts was explainining to the guys about how he sees himself in the middle, rather than at the top of a coaching hierarchy.

I thought he said last week he'd be wearing it for the rest of his playing days.

Don't want to rehash, but my 2 cents on the Motlop discussion if I may. Motlop does at times, play the game in a confrontational, in your face kind of way. Which is fine, but if you're going to give it you better be prepared to get it in return.

I'd be very surprised if Motlop had any issues whatsoever from Sunday's game.

I'm hoping he's developed a fear of the CFC insignia.

My favorite moment was simmo patting Gibba, who was sitting exhausted on the field.
Wanted to post a photo of it.. but alas.. none in the CFC gallery.
Almost finished 3rd q replay..
This is a lovely week for us.

Speaking of Milburn I don't know who was wearing no.39 for Geelong on the weekend but it still got a reaction from me when he came on the screen

Agree.
Mine was Armfield's roar; I think you posted a photo of it. They are giving their all and you can't ask any more than that

Yeah.. and yet meeja go for the depressing angle of how winning might hurt us long term.
I trust we will figure that out and always always always go for the win.

Yes, unlike 2004 where it was obvious the wins would hurt us long term because of our patchwork list of rejects.

Now we seem to have a solid core of quality players coming through... win win win... grow and fly..!
