My 11 year old picked up on that, but unlike Robbo had he advantage of not being under the influence. Gibbs was B and F in '14, Murph '15 if not for injury and was awesome in the 2nd half of the year. As you said Frank, Gibbs was also in the AA squad of 40, but missed the final cut.

Robbo also seems to have a fascination with BB's height, which Bolton never bothers weighing into.

Height! That's where he has him.

Sounds like Blueboy74's 11 year old has all that over Robbo to.

Robbo frustrated the crap out of me and my 11 and 8 year old for similar reasons plus the fact he was unprepared and seems to like the sound of his own voice. Whilst Whaetely tried to bring the focus to this weeks game and challenges Robbo was off with the fairies looking for an angle. That shits me about Sports Journos. They try to be all intellectual and make fools of themselves when a simple open question will suffice to encourage thoughts of the Coach (Bolton), and things the viewers would like to know.

Bolts did mention that Rowe was released to play elsewhere, but the biggest hint was when he used the term "have to be creative...". I'm excited by this.

Gorringe was mentioned as a possibility so that would be fascinating viewing if he does play.

I wish the question was asked of Jaksch and his prospects and where he's at in Boltons mind.

Look forward to the teams tonight. So good being a Carlton supporter!

Watched the Port game highlights and "The journey" again last night, and to see the joy on Walker's face with the win, embracing the kids after the win, I'm so happy for him to be experiencing the highs again. His smile was huge and infectious.

I think there is a case to keep Walker in the team in the hope that this current momentum of the team along with continuity of game time may be just the tonic to get him back kicking a few goals.

He has the experience to kick a few each week, as he did when fit last year, and imo, that's his job, other than leadership.

He doesn't look to have found the speed he had a few years back, but he still has the experience and leadership to bring to the table.

Gee I hope he turns it on again whilst the new Carlton is reviving our fortunes and results.

Think Rowe is going to be needed either to first ruck or take Casboult's spot. No chance we can leave him in defence. Weitering and Jaksch can play in defence.

Pretty hard being on top all things football when you've spent the past 4 years writing puff pieces on your drug and shit stained excuse of a football club.

Couldn't believe Robbo going on about Gibbs being lost two years ago. He won the B&F in 2014 in what was considered his best year ever. Maybe he was a little "lost" after being suspended for 2 weeks for tackling Gray, as that was the tackle that set off the whole crack down on pinning arms and driving the body into the ground. Then he tore his pec a couple of weeks later and missed pretty much half the season.

On Gorringe, had a dream last night that he foiled some big international espionage incident and someone, who will remain nameless, came on here to say how hopeless he is regardless.

Maybe:

Gorringe for the F50 stoppages and centre bounces; Rowe for the D50 stoppages and 2nd centre bounce rotation; Cripps and Everitt through the middle.

Everitt might help cover Goldstein and Brown when they're in midfield.

edit: clarifying that it's just a theory

I see what you did there, because Dick's last name means penis! So you have used it to create some sexual innuendo about condom use. You've used his name as a word in another way. Amazing intellect and humour!

That would mean you have used a pun! The type of humour that always guarantees to be outrageously funny, well done. I'm sure everyone who reads it shall laugh, hopefully it incites more people to follow in this trend and post more of these so we can all continue to larf!

That's been building up for a while hasn't it?
