I'd bring in a bunch of young and inexperienced boys and tell them to have fun, have a crack at it and enjoy the big stage. Learn something.

My 11 year old picked up on that, but unlike Robbo had he advantage of not being under the influence. Gibbs was B and F in '14, Murph '15 if not for injury and was awesome in the 2nd half of the year. As you said Frank, Gibbs was also in the AA squad of 40, but missed the final cut.

Robbo also seems to have a fascination with BB's height, which Bolton never bothers weighing into.
