That'd be too hard and there would be arguments.

Still living in hope that Cam will reconsider.

He had some pretty good ideas line up wise etc etc

I reckon you should go all out and try to recruit Marc Murphy. Denis Pagan will do, if Marc's not avaliable

dissapointed to hear about Cammo, was looking forward to catching up with him.

bascially the way i see it, with a bench of 8 or more players like we could have, i'd just leave it to the individuals to take it apon themselvs to come off when they need a break. the bench should be a like a revolving door. run for 10-15 then have a break for 5-10.

i'm sure everyone's fitness levels will be different, the more serious players are going to want to stay on, but we dont wont people to be too selfish. i guess it also depends a bit on how the team is going and if we are winning or loosing.

perhaps identify the three main groups (forwards, backs and centers) and have a bit of a rotation each 1/4. maybe each 1/4 time break we could have smaller huddles and figure out who has a break and who goes on?

maybe lucas could take charge if he's can't play. i' know i'd listen to him, he would get any shit from the players.

so lets get some training up-dates.....

Me: Seeing as exams are over, ive had a lot more time to do stuff. Ive been going outside at least once everyday for a kick, and on some occasions twice. Ive been practising a few little tricks that i might unvail in the game  .....
Closer to the game i might walk down to one of the local ovals and have a proper run around...the tennis court is too small and slippery to practise properly....

anyone else?

Been doing a few curls and crunches most days.

Trying to get a jog or ride in (three all up in two weeks), bougt a bike, footy boots, a football and joined a touch footy team, so thats another run a week.

plus do indoor tri sports on the weekends so thats like another run.

Sunday the 4th is still a goer if everyone is interested.

I'm going regardless of training or not.

If you do want to have a training session, it'll be at 12pm/lunch time at Glenferrie Oval on Sunday the 4th of December.

It'll probably go for an hour. Maybe shorter.

If you can get down there, great! If not, so be it. Would still like to get about 10 down there so we can do some worthwhile drills, though.

In regards to the interchange bench...I like your ideas Gerry. I reckon if Lucas can't play, if he wants to, he can be the one to ring the changes from the bench.

Be there 12pm.

Sure James Bond will be there as well.

A good hour session would be great.

Yeah, i've been doing my daily training. In the last 24 hours i've had a steak sandwich for lunch, pizza for dinner and tim-tam ice cream for breakfast.

Let's get ready for a big one boys
