Is Casboult any chance to play in the backline? Or is he too slow to keep up with the forwards on a lead?

His kicking for goal is past the point of being rectified, absolutely f*cking woeful.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha ... Funniest post ever. Hey is out key forward yet first we want to hide him in the ruck, now the backline. He needs to be dropped asap to play where he really belongs.

Cripps could have played today but they didn't want to risk it. If he's passed fit he's good to play, don't know why so many here are treating our players like children.

Too many bad memories of sending already hammered kids out to get hammered a bit more.

I'm not sure about Casbolt. I reckon having him take some grabs on the wing got us out of jail a few times. Could he play a lead up CHF?
Certainly want walker back.
Cripps in.
Thought Graham did ok: 22 disposals and 8 tackles.
not sure who to drop, even though we didn't play well.

Cripps and Walker to come in if they are fit.

White and Jones to make way.

If Weitering doesn't come up then Jamo can replace him (if fit).

Because in football terms, he's still a baby, yet we are so bereft of talent that he has now become our #1 mid, getting smashed at all contests (after what 30 games)
Take a conservative path with him and don't burn him out

Calf injuries usually take more than 1 week. I doubt Cripps will play.

Out - Weitering (inj)
In - Everitt

I'm not a huge fan of Everitt, but there's not many alternatives. At least we'd be picking him on the back of a good VFL game.

JGM's not ready and might be injured (didn't play on Saturday). Jamo is not the future and might be injured anyway (concussion?). Foster's not ready.

KJ.....might be an option, but he's developing more as a forward. If he comes in, it should be for Jones (but I doubt that will happen this week). Everitt gives us a bit more versatility and run - I would like to see him further up the ground ie. HB/Wing/HF. Let's just hope the penny has dropped...

C Curnow, Walker, Boekhorst, Sheehan, Cunningham, Whiley, Smith, Gowers, JGM & SOJ should hopefully resume in the VFL. C Curnow, Walker or Boekhorst might even come straight in, depending on team balance and how they train. Buckley & Cripps probably to miss another week.

I don't think Walker is good enough to come straight back in, is he? He last played 5 weeks ago.

Out: Weitering & Sumner
In: Cripps & Walks

Jamo emergency if Cloke returns. If Pies play 3 tall fwds bring him in. Plowman to Moore, Rowe to Cox & White should cover any other apart from Cloke.

Sumner getting better but he needs to do more, spend a fortnight on ball in the twos to fast track the fitness.

Weitering hopefully is fit but he's due for a rest either way. Doubt club will risk him.

Everitt had a shocker last week and by reports played well Saturday. I'd like him to do it again before returning as he was pathetic before being dropped or injured.

I don't disagree on managing Everitt's intermittent desire to play at this level; I just don't think Walker should be considered as an option yet. He's missed too much football and his Round 1 wasn't that crash hot. I know he is a fitness machine, well, he was, pre this knee injury, but can he command a spot in the 1s when fit?

Casboult to play between arcs for his superb marking ability. Get his confidence back.
Daisy..working beautifully as predicted. Ditto Phillips.
Oh ye of little faith!!

Not sure Jamo is fit to play. Only played 1 qtr and then off with head knock & apparently was chucking.
