sit there make nice polite (bullshit) conversation with no tv (unless it's some greek sitcom) :yikes:

a few years ago one of their extended family member even scheduled a christening on grand final day, wtf

they're lucky we weren't playing

Doing the same. Except they are all Essendon* supporters and I suspect we will get done by them so it's really gonna suck.

These are exactly the types of games we've been dropping for years.
Brisbane at Etihad last year comes to mind.

Would think if Cripps is out White would be the better emergency to bring in (for team balance, unless they want more run) and in my view the better player and better suited to our needs for this game, eg run with Goddard or as a third tall.

The rumors at the Northern game today was that Cripps and Weitering were out.

I expect them to play but if you asked me on Wednesday I would have said Weitering was a non starter.

Lets see how he pulls up tomorrow.

Coming up against the red and black cauliflower, off a win of our own and some confidence, with them on the canvass and at their lowest.

Now I hear that our two best young players are about to be ruled out.

This has a very familiar feel to it...
