If you had to choose one you choose Everitt as he hits scoreboard, is more versatile, and simply a better player.

Levi provides a strong contested marking option. He is currently vital to our structure.
Everett sleeps with the light on. He isn't close to the better player at the moment.

They're both no good.

I'm a big fan of Everitts. Have been seen he was a kid.
I can see he goes into a contest differently since he got the interest from Eade to go to GCS.
He better wake up to himself, because if he doesn't he can find it in the NB's.
Oh yeah...he's playing in the NB's this weekend. That says it all.

He was poor for NB's today, he'll have plenty of NB's footy to find some touch, lock it in.

Can't believe we didn't accept the trade to GC.

I'm glad that u agree with me that he is vital to our structure. Our non existent forward structure that struggles to kick more than 8 goals and he is definitely the key to that. He represents everything that our forward line is he doesn't chase, lead, or have the smarts to know where to stand majority of the time. Don't forget the fact that he doesn't kick goals. He is definitely key. Or are u not agreeing with me and also have those one big mark goggles on?

Many of his supporters on this site are also starting to agree that he is no good because they are suggesting that his best position is second ruck even though he has only played there 10% in his career. The match committee aren't stupid, if he was such a good second ruck then one of our struggling rucks would be playing two's already. But they know he doesn't have the stamina, skillset or smarts to play the position.

So then what value does he add? I keep asking the question and don't really get an answer. Just watch him carefully tomorrow.

What was the trade? Everitt and 11 for 6, or did we get another pick?

So Weideman and McKay/Curnow instead of McKay and Curnow, for Everitt. Not that good a trade, even in hindsight. 6 and 35 (which they had until late), wouldn't have been worth it either.

If it was for 6 and 29, then it would have probably been Marcus Adams instead of Everitt, which would have been a good trade.

Worst on ground according to some reports.

Mid second round pick. It would have been a great trade for us.

If GWS had agreed to the trade for Tomlinson we would have sent him, but held on because we didn't want to be down another forward.

I'm happy to give you the answer. He provides a contests. He's rarely outmarked and if he doesn't mark the ball, he makes sure it hits the deck. The bigger issue is our lack of crumbers. The ball hits the ground and we have no one to make a contest at ground level.
At least you got one thing right, the match committee aren't stupid. Thats why Casboult is playing in Fremantle today and your proclaimed better player will be watching it on TV after stinking it up in the VFL.

Everett is just about the worst player on our list. bruise free footballer, doesn't chase or work hard and doesn't buy into the team concept of working for each other. even in his best games for the club last year he drifted in and out of them. is a 3-quarter player at best, as in in he'll take a minimum of 1 quarter off every single game he plays.

i'd take rowe over him, even though rowe is slower, reads the game worse and has his trademark slow, looping disposal that is an automatic turnover. rowe at least puts in an honest shift and plays for the team. everrett is the prototype passenger carlton has been plagued with for the last 15 seasons and counting.

Let's all hope that Jaksch is ready to come in and support Casboult or maybe even Jones shows us something today. Maybe, just maybe the reprogramming has worked or am I being too positive to believe in Jones and will become disheartened again?

Its good be positive Surrey. Jones has been working hard and he deserves his opportunity. Today won't be make or break for him but hopefully he gets value from his improved workmate and fitness.

Is the game 2.15pm or 4.15pm EST? I don't trust that pesky CFC app.

Watched the second half of the doggies have and what you say really stood out. It's obvious how valuable that is for BB right now in structuring forward entries
