I reckon JW is best suited at CHB....... he both reads & sets up the play so well.

Well if Graham gets the axe, Cuningham is surely a shoe-in this week.

Now that I've said that, we'll pick Tutt.

My NB player neighbour made special mention of JG-M. Said he's stood out, talented, and has a bit of mongrel in him. Reckons he'll get a game in the ones sooner rather than later

Another mauling by both Freo and the biased umpiring over in the west should make for another horrible day for Carlton fans.

I believe Bolts, SOS and co will fix this in due coarse, which is saying something considering all the broken BS promises of the past.

Its just hard to have to endure this season and next season until things start to improve enough to actually get excited about our chances for September action.

Until then ...

Go blues

They weren't promises.
They were glass half full posts.

Not if the VFL reports are any guide: his best games so far were the Essendon* practice match and the Port Melbourne practice match. The rest have been hot garbage and Gallucci has been more consistent.

Thankfully, Sumner is up and about.

Bolton: We're a real chance this week if we execute for four quarters. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: Lachie Plowman was great last week. We think we've found a decent player there. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: @marcmurphy3 is ready to go on Sunday. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: We're expecting Andrejs Everitt to be available for selection. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: Our players are very clear on what they need to do to improve. We're training hard day by day, step by step. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: Levi Casboult is an exceptional contested mark. He's as good as anyone there. He's working hard on his goalkicking. #BoundByBlue
Bolton: The players are invested. We've created a great learning environment and we've changed our game plan significantly. #BoundByBlue

This week could be the start of this season's revival. It will however depend on how our boys are sitting mentally and whether the last month has totally knocked out belief. Belief in 'winning or capable of winning'. Very important and BB is going to be very important here - no pressure though.

In the next month we have 4 or maybe even 3 winnable games, Fremantle, Essendon*, Collingwood & Port Adelaide. Beating Essendon* out the these 3 will mean very little. Beating Fremantle, Essendon* & then Collingwood or Port will mean PLENTY!

This month and especially starting with this week's game, might be worth watching!

Despite the results Freo are still a good team.

I don't consider their win loss record thus far to be the reason we could win though.

I like Blue Sombreros thinking re Sandilands missing as our main hope. His absence will make the contest more even.

Plowman Cripps Weitering Curnow Curnow Kerridge Wright Docherty all to continue firing and showing the rest the way....maybe that's where the victory comes from.

Everitt will be handy.

I'm not expecting a win away....but am loving the way the boys play for periods of the game.

A 4 quarter effort (if we've got it in us, fitness wise) will be the tonic.

Yeah very difficult to expect the boys to bring home the win. Dockers are a quality team and playing at home , at a very different piont of there evolution.
A close hard fought contest and possibly discovering another forward option would be a great result, for the Baggers
This season is about re organizing and implementing a new game plan.
The young kids are our future and must be slowly nurtured to show just what there capable of.
The next three weeks are different scenario and we win may just come away with a win.

Winning any game at this stage is great.. That's how far back we are rebuilding, but the little sprouts coming through are very encouraging.

Fingers crossed we somehow get up over dockers on the weekend..

I was very encouraged by our 2nd half against the doggies. We reset after half time and looked much better, which was a real positive. We could have easily collapsed, which is what I expected but didn't. I feel if the boys can take that positiveness into the this week's game, we are a big chance. Our midfield needs to lift, including Kruezer and we need 1 of Jones or Jaksch to come in and fire some shots forward!
