If Armfield isn't fit, then you just know they're going to play Lamb, but they really should be looking at one of Smith, Cuningham and Gallucci because they all look more dangerous around goal than him at present.
C Curnow? Hmmm, not sure he has done enough to be in the round 1 team but stranger things have happened. For structural reasons, I think Phillips or Gorringe will get that spot.
Highly unlikely Armfield will play - so yes, I'd say Lamb is in.
Everitt will probably play, but personally I would pick White ahead of him until Everitt decides to pull his finger out. Everitt is more talented than White, but White has more heart and is nice and unsociable.
Given how much time that tall utility needs to play up forward, it's hard to go past Charlie when you look at the output of the other two.
We obviously don't know everything that's happening behind closed doors, but Charlie was taking plenty of marks and is a genuine threat at stoppages too. You can shift Casboult into the ruck, or use Cripps and Everitt to bullock a ruckman at stoppages and have anyone of a number of players go third man up.
Casboult would need to take any centre bounces, but that's the only requirement for him. No point playing another ruck if they aren't competitive in the position and a liability elsewhere at present; let them develop in the VFL.
