If all the players and the coach think murphy is the man...then he is the man for sure.
My beef with him as Captain has been up until now
I have found him to be a poor public speaker and rep for the club.
He always seems uncomfortable
Doing interviews and quite flat.
Obviously he is inspiring when it comes to onfield stuff or they would not want him again.
I wish theyd split the duties.
Id put Simmo and Jammo on public speaking duties this year.
Get Paddy some behind the scenes prep for when his turn comes.

I understand where you're coming from blue girl72, but not e very one is gifted with charismatic public speaking ability, it's a natural skill that you either have or don't .
I'd much rather Murphy lead by excellence on the field and giude us upwards and forward.
Marc's a great footballer and I hope he'll get the due respect and satisfaction he deserves , he's been a great servant of the club. Go Baggers
