It's different for everyone. The older blokes will have different metabolism, will want to be a certain weight, will have to sacrifice carbs in order to maintain lean bodies. For the younger guys, they're trying to get bigger, eating more regular meals and more protein. I'm ok with a range...but I'd probably be wanting to keep that stuff internal.

As they said in the article the previous regime ended with them being bottom of the ladder so time to change expectations and I don't have a problem about it being public.
