Off the top of my head

Current Assets 5.4mil Current liabilities 9.1mil

Not pretty on face value.

As I said earlier in the thread, teams get lump sum payments seasonally, and this a snap shot.

In the Pies' 2015 report, their current assets fall short of current liabilities, and that's in a consolidated statement that reflects a broader series of revenue streams compred to us.

Hawthorn are about 5.5 million in the positive, but everything they touch turns to gold at the moment because they're winning on the field (though they are also more liquid that either us or Collingwood).

That figure is going to swing wildly the other way next year due to no payouts to staff or coaches, and increase in sponsorship revenue, and hopefully some more members and higher attendances. A higher ladder finish will also help. It's almost impossible for us to have the same result next year, but if we sit on our hands again the year after might look pretty gloomy.

Our net equity position has been going backwards. In fact we dropped approx $2.7m from previous year.

Per my previous post we do not want to continue this trend.

That tends to happen when you've had a $2.7m loss for the year. :P

Dead set! So what is our current net deficit position? $4m? $5m?

Pretty healthy isn't it Robert Gottliebsen?

Our net equity is about $8m IIRC.

I'd say they've done it deliberately to hide their lies.

Didn't pay the bills

You should find the loss is bigger than reported. Then again accountants are creative

Bleeding money!

The undie throwers are here front and centre - but Stephen Kernahan is nowhere to be seen.

Logudice might have a hard time evoking a similar response from the die hard blue rinse ladies.

There might be more new players to introduce than attendees.

Logudice sweating up a storm and we haven't even started yet - might need those undies to wipe his brow.
