#5 still vacant

And as the norm of Carlton after someone retires it will be vacant for 2016.

That's going to put a lot of pressure on the Number 1 Draft pick in 2016.

What's even worse is that a guy who needs a few years to develop has been the flower number 10!
Geez talk about pressure.

No pressure. The club has written him off already

Is it just me or has the font size of the guernsey numbers grown to super massive size? The 40s barely fit on their backs. Should, however, help us out in the crowd trying to figure out who the hell is who.

Maybe the numbers have become sponsors?

Has there ever been a player with the number #69. Personally played my best game with that number.

No.

To clarify - your best game of football?

What's the deal with half of them having CareerOne on the back and half Hyundai on the back? Which one will they wear for games where the clash guernsey isn't worn?

So, like uh, what's the deal with retiring numbers now?

I thought it was only for premiership players?

The club is broke.
They are retiring 5 because most people have number 5 and are masking it by throwing number 44 in for good measure.
It is a desperate club and when you are a desperate club you make desperate decisions.

Home and away guernseys. The Hyundai logo is on the front for home games, on the back for away games. Vice versa for CareerOne.

Thanks!
I keep defaulting to thinking of our clash guernsey as our "away" guernsey, in which case two sponsorship configs on the navy strip didn't make sense.

Shameless plug:

http://www.blueseum.org/tiki-index.php? ... aying+List

The 2016 playing list in the Bluesuem has been updated for the 2016 player numbers as revealed in this thread.

Simply click on the numbers in the link to see all past players in that guernsey...

Hopefully you can travel through history and / or pick up some recent trends, such as the upside in #10 and the first non0ruckman in #11 for many years...
