MLG is one.

These people, like 'MLG' have been in place for years! The clubs debt has been their saving grace. They're not really interested in paying it off. Without it they're nothing.

Please some of you guys start a new forum - call it "TACS" Talking Anti Carlton Shite" - and take all your negative non-constructive crap with you.

I don't see the point of being part of a Talking Carlton site if all you do is complain about the club over and over again. It really is a threesome.

EFA

Funny we shouldn't complain!! Should be happy!

How can anyone expect a team that's performed poorly and won 4 games to net a 2 million profit?

The club has made some substantial administration changes thus there being payments.

But the right people are now in place to take this club forward.

MLG is one.

Wowweee, how simplistic.

You believe that shit?

Pffft. On what basis would they challenge? A profit has been forecast this year, on the back of a women's team, on the back of onfield improvement, on the back of stability. Good luck.

Any current board member associated with the Kernahan era shouldn't be there. The only thing they're capable of doing is @#$%&! up Triggs Silvagni's and Bolton's good work.

Those three are carrying the club.

Gleeson will more than likely stand aside at next years' (2017) AGM. He can't be a director there beyond May 2018. Same goes for Zac Fried. Marcus Clarke the year after that.

Not something I particularly care about anymore. As Rexy alluded to - the only thing you really want from this group is to let the CEO and the footy department do their jobs with minimal interference from the board. I'd doubt a challenge would help at this stage when the club is seemingly inching forward in the right direction for the first time in recent history and really just trying to maintain relevance.

Are they really forecasting a profit? Where's this come from?
