They'd be getting Kerridge as a midfielder; apparently his SANFL form has been exceptional.

Just remember folks - it's not about 2016. If it takes 2 or 3 years to find a key forward (if indeed that's what Bolton and co want) then so be it.

exactly.

build from the defence.
who cares if we struggle to score - we're not pushing for finals, let alone trying to win.

really makes you wonder what the composition of our forward line will be in 2016

Couldn't conceive a worse or less talented forward line in 2016 than in 2015 but at this stage seems to be a scorched earth policy as far as our forward line goes ie a total rebuild

still trying to work out where the "trade levi" push comes from.................bit slow down here in Tassie................

We can all day dream like we do every year and then get a reality shock, but with Henderson OUT, we are officially a team that will not have a functional forward line in 2016...

You can expect an average of 6-7 Goals per Game and a likely 16th Finish, which is not bad at all, it will give us a good base to build on!!

If I was Silvagni, I would forget about using our Number 1 pick on a Defender and instead use it to snatch the best forward in the draft!!

Casboult, Walker and Menzel just won't cut it. Jones might as well stay in the pool, he should never get a Game.

We didn't have a functional forward line with Henderson IN.

Seemed to function better when he was missing.

This would work! All we'd need to do is play North every week for 25 weeks.

From the second half of last season onwards he's played mostly SANFL over the last 18 months due to combination of list progression and supposedly foot, ankle and hamstring injuries.

Averaging upwards of 25 possessions in his SANFL games over the last two seasons (4 or 5 games of 30+), just gets deployed as a tagger and forward at AFL level. Runs all day, has a good turn of pace and a strong body as well as good attacking nous, marking ability and a solid kick.

The Bell comparison is a good one; I say snap the guy up.

A line is going to kick the goals for us and we are going to build him/it?

Good points. And while we're at it, shouldn't it be "...WHICH is going to kick the goals" ?

I think if we swapped our back line and forward line form early this year we wouldn't do any worse (the benchmark is low) and whats better the back line could have more fun.

HF Zach/Doc Rowe Walker
FF Buckley Jamo Jaksch

Plant the Yank in the goal square. Surely he can catch a football and kick straight over 15m.

Walker (when fit)

Just goes to show in a team game of 18 v 18 on the field the best teamwork wins (usually).

We need our midfield to give the forwards ample supply. Not Robbo style and bomb and hope as in the Ratten and Malthouse eras. In doing so hopefully they link up with good teamwork to supply good "options"forward, with "system".

Bolton has to weave his magic.

You never know what situation Carlton may find itself.
If injury forced us to choose between Jones and USK .....in 2017.

Korcheck from USA = "USK", sounds similar. I like it. Its how I refer to him.

Couldn't call him Special K. Its been used for Kreuzer.
