Maybe its just me making a leap but is there a relationship between a significant change in Board Membership/presidents at Hawthorn, Port Adelaide, Richmond and more recently Western Bulldogs and St Kilda and corresponding change in attitude and relative success on field?

I may be wrong...

We had a change of leadership the middle of last year with plenty of positive change that reflects the feedback from the membership base.

Because they've delivered us four wooden spoons and driven the club into the ground (or watched and did nothing as the club was driven into the ground which is just as bad).

They have demonstrated a compete and utter lack of any sort of ability to deliver any sort of success for the club.

How many more years of failure and incompetence do you want to see them deliver?

How could a board of six brand new members possibly do any worse?

People can b|tch all they like, form what ever tickets they want.... MLG is a protected man and no ticket or group will get up simple as that

The club has just changed puppets from Kernahan to MLG.
The only difference is Matheison is pulling the strings and not the Pratt's.

Off field over the last 12 months has been so uncarlton like, I know some need to be hit by a sledgehammer to see it but it'll sink in over the next 12-24 months

Should we congratulate the board on finally getting it right after 15 years?

As I alluded to before, give any board enough years and they'll eventually get it right, but that doesn't make it the best solution.
