There is a lot of negatives being said and deservedly so concerning our past few years, players leaving and staring at other clubs, Mad Micks coaching philosophy ect ect ect

I for one am sick of the negativity and would like to know what good things do people see happening at the club in the next few years

I am looking forward to the new coaching of Bolts
The development of Cripps into a superstar
MK staying and playing well
Players looking happy at being our club now MM is gone
Murphy getting better
New style of playing
Continued development of Buckley and others
Memberships up
Becoming a power again

It may take a few years but I believe the ship is turning and going in the right way.

Please can I ask for no negative and sarcastic posts

I think Casboult could turn himself into a serious player next year.
If he can get a full preseason under his belt i think he'll go well.
I'd love Menzel to stay on for next year. I think he has some class and a full preseason should see him improve also.

Casboult has already had 7 preseasons under his belt ... He ain't getting any better ... Still a massive liability to our team and the modern game especially if he can't mark it ...

Next season will tell the tale I guess.
Id be happier if he was the second or third tall forward target as Waite was in tonights game.
But we don't have that luxury!

I admire all this optimism, I am just not sure what it is based on. We were 18th for a reason, and its not because we are laden with talent. We might improve next year, mainly because it is hard to imagine us getting any worse. Long way up from here, and I still have little faith in some of the decision makers at the club

Investing all our hopes on Casboult shows how bad a club we have become

In a way I feel sorry for a lot of the playing list in what they've been through over the last few years. When Malthouse first came to the club the boys had a real crack at it under him, but it fell away so quickly for a number of reasons. Injuries, bad management, and coaching. From then on it was a train wreck. Now their being asked to do it all over again with a new coach, management and continuing injuries.

If it was a clean sweep and the entire list was fresh new faces (impossible I know) then I guess my thoughts would be different. But there are quite a few players who've been through hell and back with this club, some are saying enough already, I'm outta here, some are sticking fat and are prepared to start from scratch under new direction.

You only get one career in football, you can't roll back the clock, the years pass and so does your body and its ability to play this demanding game at the highest level.

What do we have?

We have plenty to be proud off.

We have some players who've REALLY been to hell and back, yet have shown tremendous character and loyalty to our club.

To those staying blue I have the highest admiration and respect.

I think we'll have a little bit more depth in 2016. Let's wait and see on who we bring in.
