Ok ok call me glass half full today. Maybe I only feel this way because I didn't watch the game. But I've watched every game up to today.

Maybe we aren't too bad. Maybe just young? Maybe just inexperienced?

Since round 11 these are the half time margins:
4 up on Port
12 up on Suns
3 up on Dogs
10 behind the Tiges
15 behind Freo
......let's skip the hawks game shall we?
10 behind North
15 behind the Pies
12 behind the Lions
47 up in the Dees
5 behind GWS

So that's a maximum negative margin of 15!!!

Maybe our kids just get tired and/or can't sustain maximum effort.

Probably has something to do with it.

Plus our side has got progressively worse as the seasons gone on.
4/4 to go and we can start looking to 2016.

It's kind of cute how you skipped our club's worse ever loss

we certainly aren't as bad as what many are suggesting. I'd expect a substantial improvement next year

2016 - return of murphy, thomas, gibbs, graham + cripps/buckley/boekhurst/docherty with another preseason + curnow will give us a reasonable starting midfield. That will automatically close the gap on many games, especially early in the season.

We have the worst list in the competition.
We will finish last next year.

We are the envy of the competition.

Love it when our highlight of the football year is NOVEMBER

It will need to be for the next 2 or 3 years. Unfortunately that's how the system works

Hmmm we might only win one game next year

SOS is doing a GWS on us. Trade out anyone that has trade potential. Load up with top 20 18yo picks over the next two years then maybe target free agents and trade in 3-4 years. So expect us to be 4 years behind but track GWSs development. So in 4 years time, expect us to beat nth Melbourne or richmond by 80 points in round 23 to finish 10th

Really? Negative town in less than a page? The kids can improve. People like Gibbs and Graham help out in the middle. Casboults kicking has already straightened up. Maybe we finish 3rd or 4th last? Baby steps.

Yes I remember the lofty days of aiming for 5th or 6th last.... Good times

We have only just started the process of 'bottoming out'

That's the worst part. Imagine our side without Kreuzer, Henderson, Yarran, Judd, Bell and Menzel.
We will be lucky to be competitive next season.

Well we are currently without Henderson, Yarran, Judd and Menzel either physically or mentally. So no biggie there.
