What we need is the club working as one, until that happens we are going nowhere.

Get Barket....and Daryl Brathwaite should be singing our song at the start of every home game.

If the HS are reporting a 3-2 verdict then either they're making crap up or we have a leak in our selection panel and/or board.

There are enough conflicting stories coming out from 'trusted sources' to throw doubt on it all.

It looks like Bolton at this stage, but that's based on weight on stories, nothing else.

I'm the one person prepared to admit I don't have a 'trusted source'.

If true, it'd like to know who the 3 for Bolton and 2 against are. If it's Kenny, Ange and Judd for Bolton then you wouldn't even think about it and would select Bolton in a heartbeat.

HUN today saying that the decision is 3-2 in favour of Bolton so he is not necessarily over the line.
Does anyone get the feeling that Barker will get the job?

Is that 3 yes 2 no for Bolton, or 3 Bolton, 2 someone else?

You seem to be dead against Barker.

Could you enlighten us as to what it is about his coaching you don't like or rate?

No, Drewgurl like many others, just wants a "process", as long as that process ends up with someone that THEY wanted. In other words, no process, do things the old Carlton way.

Lets just get Ross.

Barker has been there for a long time. We have been unsuccessful for a long time. We need someone with fresh ideas from a successful club and system.

Some may say that barker was not head coach so he had no say, so then he is a yes man and said nothing. He was coach of backs and forwards, how have we seen any good signs over the years in these areas?

If we appoint barker, it will be same old Carlton who don't want to take a risk and go with either who they know internally or someone they know ie old premiership has been coach.

By the way, I would give it away if we went for Ross.

Speaking to some Memebers today at the game. One said Bolton will be announced by Tuesday and another said Barker has the job. :?

Ah yes, the ever-informative two-person voxpop.

Did you do an in-depth interview of a 7 year old during the half time break for their thoughts?

Good response

You can't really know he was a yes man though. A line coach can only work within the overall system implemented by the head coach.

I'd rather judge Barker as a head coach on what has happened from the day he took over.

I wouldn't have a clue who the better option is, but I tend to favour Bolton as well. I hope Barker stays on though.

Really jim......he's simply saying there is one group saying Bolton, one saying Barker.

Do you doubt that's what he heard today?

FFS Jimmae you are so desperate for a self appointed ego boost.

It was a bit of a tongue in cheek comment. I have no idea who it will be and by the sound of it neither do they.
