Pick one in the PSD gives us a fair crack at an established 'star' player.

We can get Carlisle for nothing... much to the chagrin of Slobbo :)

gold coast won, we cant finish any higher than 17th even if we win tomorrow.

we should now try and beat the dees

I agree.

Only if someone can guarantee the lions won't get dodgy compensation for Leuey like melbourne did for frawley when their pp bid was rejected.

I don't think we'll finish last and I don't think we'll win another game this year...

We can "try" all we want to win, but Melbourne should beat us quite easily.

I agree we should try and win but there are ramifications and they are more than Pick 1. PSD negotiating power and falling down spots in the draft order especially if Brisbane get compo picks etc. It can also cause us to miss preferred players and may effect bargaining power.

I agree that I want us to win, but I know we won't with that team we putting on the park.

About to leave for the match and one of the kids can't find her membership card.
Luckily I've got a spare GA ticket :donk:

interesting move, possible trade bait?

In terms of potential cover for Casboult withdrawing, the choices were him, Jones and Foster. Protect the kid who isn't ready, forget the other spud.

Watto might be slow at times, but he is not a dumb footballer.

About the only point of interest in this game is how many goals Hogan kicks. A day out beckons ?

Jamison is a pretty good matchup for him, so I expect him to kick a bag on Matt Dick.

Surely the boys will triple team Hogan all day as a favour for Paddy

Rising star might be the only the thing this club wins for a while other than wooden spoons

Good odds of winning a Chris Judd bobble head then.

It's awarded to the supporter who bobbles their head the most during the day. You should start bobbling right this minute. You might win two!
