More pace from the talls, less pace from the smalls. Not sure about that, but it'll come down to how much of a change we see in our training techniques.

Still don't think Yarran and Henderson will both go, but the word is not good for Lachie, certainly enough to have him thinking things over.

Aish would be a classic speedy wingman, perfect for football in the 1980s.

Channel 7 news reported that Fremantle have an offer of $700,000 a year over 4 years for Carlisle. Mentioned we offered same length but much less money.
So, I guess he is off to Freo.
They all go to the top clubs dont they?

Good point Drewgirl.
It would be a hard decision to make.
Freo for more money and a chance of a premiership or
Carlton for less money and a chance of wooden spoons and sacked coaches.
Going to be a tough call.

..told youse rossy was Cray Cray, heh.. ....carlisle is nowhere near that kind of contract.... and if Wada kicks in..?, although I guess you don't pay him and perhaps you can terminate the contract as well..??..,..but still too big a contract for that quality of player..

..i'm not happy with us offering that much time..

Throughout his junior career it was his strength. Went at a high % through the 16s, and then at 87% during the 18s Championships. Can use it on both sides, and is clean in traffic.

I'd say any defiencey would be learning to cope with the less time and more pressure you have in the more intense AFL environment.

But seriously, Yaz is the cream. He's been fun to watch but he's not going to deliver us anything with the players around him. If Richmond thinks they're ready for some "top up class", they a) are kidding themselves, and b) will have to pay for it.

Pick 14 and Corey Ellis for Yarran. I'd say Menadue but he's a HBF and we have, like, 27 of those.

At least tigers are showing what a bit of good coahing, player buy in and adherence to plan can achieve...their list isnt much better than ours

You are kidding about the relative quality of the two lists, aren't you?

Who do we have that compares to Rance and Riewoldt? Jamo and Jones?

Cochin = Murphy
Deledio = Gibbs
Martin =???
Edwards =???
Chaplin =??? (Rowe?)

Lists are in different galaxies.

Gee you're a ray of sunshine

As I said the side was based on rumours. Just a bit of sarcasm. As usual everyone linked to us

I agree with Moshe as I'm assuming you've accepted Hendo & Yarran are as good as gone.

Makes a difference if we can get Carlisle as our Chaplin...and if we can draft a KP....and....Dixon picks the Blues....and maybe Jaksch will be a huge recruit following the next preseason.

A lot of ifs. Judd Carrazzo walker (veteran ) reduce cap to seduce FAs.

I would like to add circa 2016 Docherty Cripps & Thomas to your comparison chart. I'm sure a good preseason will make a huge difference to those.

I believe Byrne and Sheehan will feature in the seniors next year too.....Holman may be up for a stoush with Edwards....or we may get Lennon.

No doubt this year there is no comparison with the 2 lists.
