They played one quarter of football. 2nd term. That's it. That's sad.

This club has lost me they have had plenty of
chances to play KJ to get games into him but they don't
why do we keep playing duds like Rowe and Jamo
You would hope KJ is not playing that bad that he can't
get a game with the worst side in the comp.

Ratten, Hughes, Rogers and Malthouse have ripped the heart out of this club with

1) woeful recruiting...where do we start???????????????????????????

2) Ratten...wet yourselves if you must about the fact that his record was better than Pagan's or MM's, and that we played finals, but answer this, "what legacy did he leave in terms of player development and leadership?"
+ his obsession about recruiting Warnock at the expense of Jacobs... and Brock. Paying overs for both

3) MM and his destructive man-managment (and I thought it was one of his better traits...yes, it was a wrong decision to appoint him. I saw that this year)
He severed relationships with Laidler, Betts, Garlett and Waite)...and Alan Richardson

Imagine tonight with Laidler, Betts, Garlett, Waite, Jacobs (and even one of just one of Talia, Fyffe, Darling, Hooker)

Lots of problems of course, but the lack of scoring options and general forward craft is particularly glaring. We carry as little threat as any side I can remember.

Correct. there is no single person to blame for the mess our club is in. however, for many years there has been a succession of poor decisions from the board, the recruiting and coaching staff, and also the players. Question is, when will we make the right decisions?

Its the giving up and lack of effort that disappoints me more than anything.

Yarran, Henderson, Everitt really don't care. If they had the effort of a Simpson or Kruezer we'd be so much better.

Smith Boekhurst & Menzel need very big pre seasons.

Tutt Rowe White Curnow are just filling holes

We will finish 17th or 18th so that's a bonus as we will get Schache or Weitering.

Sweeping changes need to be made all through the club. The culture is toxic and needs change.

Positive is Gibbs Graham Jaksch Holman DVR Byrne Sheehan Cripps Buckley Docherty give us some hope but we really lack leadership and class.

Bruise free footy again...

Bell, Buckley, Simpson, Tutt, White, Wood, Casboult, Jamison, Rowe, Smith, Tuohy and Yarran (12 players) contributed 6 tackles for the entire match.

For the Kangas, Swallow had 7 tackles...

I reckon you could add Duigan to that list (how did he go in his last game?)...didn't he question too much at meetings?

Even Mitch Robinson as a sub?

Emphasis on 'group'.
