Based on the past few years, this is what the change will most likely be:

IN: NO EFFORT
OUT: EFFORT

Yes if the last 15 years are anything to go by we will lose this game.
The club has had a habit of giving fans hope only for it being ripped out from undrr them the next week

Losing is ok.
Effort is required consistently though.

Have no clue how we'll perform.
Gun shy from the mad ex coach.

Not sure why people want to drop White. He is playing as a very undersized key back. If Jammo comes back (and I don't think that will be this week), White should still get a game. We need his toughness and mongrel and he is an okay player

Agree with GerryA - if Jamo is playing I would drop Walker ahead of White

We have Cripps.

They don't.

So no pressure on the 20 year old who has played 12 games then?

Let me introduce you to a 17 year old who hasn't been drafted let alone played a game yet.

Now this is pressure

We've won a whopping 1 more game than GC (by 4 points against a struggling Port at the MCG). GC narrowly lost to the ladder leaders in their last game and have the best player in the competition back this week. They are coming off a week's rest, we are coming off a bruising game. It's very hard for kids to back up week to week. Inconsistency invariably comes with young players. Gibbs is out and Murphy must be under a cloud.

I'm not sure why everyone expects us to win. I expect it to be very close.

Who are you? Struggling port nfi

He's played 1 senior game, as a sub, and you expect him to resume in the AFL after a 7 week injury?

Really keen to see BB. Hopefully we can leave him in the side for 2-3 weeks and just see how he adapts.

Our "unsociable" football policy is starting to pay dividends already.
