BS I mostly loathed Wiggins being in the team because when he ran forward with the ball he almost never took the first option; you watched his eyes dart around every looking to give the football off and he'd usually cough the football up with the pressure that would ensue.

Why emphasise that he is a nice guy tagger? Is that helping us win games? Because he is unlikely to get suspended or get his jaw broken and that is a good way to stay on the park. But you're right. It isn't that relevant in the scheme of things.

Where has anyone called him a hack? I haven't got the inclination to trawl through the entire Talking players thread or all the post match ones either but if I were to do so I could find you a few examples I'm sure. Perhaps you might take the time yourself.

Carlton Ring of Honour inductee – Jim Buckley

Carlton’s three-time premiership player Jim Buckley will deliver the match ball to umpires before being inducted to the Carlton Ring of Honour.

Buckley played 164 games and kicked 146 goals for the Blues between 1976 and 1990. He played in the premierships of 1979, 1981 and 1982, won the best and fairest in 1982, and was inducted into the Carlton Hall of Fame in 2000. A country boy from Kyneton, Buckley was known for being a hard and loyal player for Carlton.

Jim is also the father of Dylan Buckley, who was recruited to the Blues with a father-son selection in 2012 and will be lining up against the Power for his 16th AFL game.
