mick writing off the board and us, as a club, is a really good thing.

keeping the heat on the board and raising awareness that we are a deadset joke, is a good thing. only someone of mick's stature in the game is capable of bringing them down too.

we should be applauding malthouse's sniping, and embracing his all about himself ways.

The AFL will cover themselves.
Channel 7 will pretend they didn't ask for Carlton on Fridays so Stevo could go for the throat.
Mick will be Pagan reincarnate. Poor me. Players love me.
My question, if players love you then maybe its the gameplan.

Biggest issue is the people making the decisions (board) and people supposed to be doing their job (players)are getting off scott free AGAIN

if this doesn't bring on change at board level, nothing ever will.

I'm not sure why Mick needs to have class when them consensus is this club doesn't have class.
I agree with braithy.. The board has been hiding behind its human shields way too long.
It's about time some attention was placed on them.
It's incredible to think they can kick one catastrophe up the road after another and nobody calls them up on it.
So now that we know our coaches contracts situation and we know we're rebuilding for 66 games.. ( they will let us know know time commences we haven't been told from from) will they also tell us what to expect on the 67th game?

Ok the next thing for the board to find is a new scapegoat.. A guy around the club they can demonize.. And blame.
But they will need to be patient.. They moved all their old appointees on.. And replaced them with their new appointees

If he'd just shut up for the next two weeks and coached there wouldn't be an issue. He has stirred this up this morning and now he needs to go now.

The big issue is the board needs to follow and Trigg as well. Unfortunately for Trigg is a puppet for this difunctional board. I'm looking for hope but when I here the CEO state that we won't go the way of St Kilda or Bulldogs (our list is worse than either of those when they started the rebuild) and that players like Jones where bought in to be the next core of our side you ahve lost me.

What a shit radio station that SEN is, what are they using to stream their broadcasts, two tin cans and a piece of string? Having to hit refresh every minute because it cuts out is annoying the hell out of me.

Dunno, think it may be different this time. The momentum is building in such a way that they won't be able to scurry back to the board room and hide and call in another favourite club son.
The key is getting someone to pick up this sentiment and run with it. Things need to continue once the Ego has left the building. He's already yesterday's story. Just a matter of when and how feral he goes.
The real story is the mob that put him there and created this environment.
