I know Braithy It's the old rob Peter to pay Paul approach. What I was trying to say in my earlier post is that although identified (by Pagan) some 14 years ago our recruitment guys have let us down in getting top defenders. Start here and the rest should follow.

Rowe and White (poor souls both of them) looked out of place vs Brown and Hawkins. At one stage Rowe went to the bench and Tuohy was left to mind one of them. FFS.

Hope we get lucky and both Hendo and Walker are back this week as Jamo still seems in doubt.

If this is the case, I'd throw Walker forward and put Hendo on Tippet. I'd still consider Everitt for Buddy as the other options are also scary, read Rowe, Tuohy, White, KJ etc.

In fact I'd also bring KJ back to play forward, went ok for NB's y'day, just so we can mix it up a bit. I'd easily have him in place of Jones anyway.

Maybe with a shiny new interim coach, you can only hope our hapless MC will get a bit more adventurous with placements and selections.

I'd rather Jaksch doesn't play until MM is gone and the team is cohesive again. Don't stick him in there to have his ass handed to him by the Swans power forwards, it'll break his confidence and he may never recover. Let Rowe and White feel the heat, they aren't sticking around anyway.
