Why waste money? The season is a write-off.

Silvagni and team will be managing the list for 2016, we can conduct a proper search for a new Coach at the end of the season.

Why? Because its soul destroying.

Getting rid of the coach will give all hope. We still need to get rid of the entire board but getting rid if the coach is a start.

Mick's message to the members made me nearly physically sick.

I want him gone more and more every day and with every presser or message he gives.

Tell him NOW that he will not have his contract renewed, that he has been directed to play the youth, and that this will all be made public through an organised press conference

That way, MLG still saves face cause he hasn't been sacked.

If he continues to play older players, the media will go to town on him not looking after Carlton's best interests. It will become embarrasing and untenable.

The situation might force him and his ego to negotiate a settlement to exit gracefully

Is sacking him now going to generate the revenue to cover his payout?

Are we happy to have John Barker or Brad Green coach until seasons end?

If Mick goes does that mean Wiley and Buttifant go too? More $$$ down the drain without immediate replacements?

Just one of Mick's methods of deflecting what we want to hear.

Then again, the coaches only do the pressers because they have to.

He is now trolling us with that stuff. He knows we hate it and joke about it. He keeps doing it as an f you to us all. This week he talked about the huge difference in talent in the two teams. Great for motivation.

I still think keeping him on until the end of the season will be good for the club.

Will it generate revenue? Probably not BUT it may stem the lost revenue that we will no doubt endure if he hangs around.

It rather laidley then the above options.

If buttifant and wiley fail to see out their own contracts then they can have a pay cut and use that funds to recruit others.

I forgot about Laidley, a good option actually.

Payouts also depend on clauses in contracts. Wiley might be tied into Mock's contract, if he is sacked, Wiley gets paid out to?

Speaking of angry, if we do find another coach I want someone like vein-popping David Parkin. That's what we need.
