Malthouse needs to go this week, not the next or the next after that. We have plenty of funds and pull available on our board to do this. No excuses.

We are emotionally drowning and losing, if we have not already lost, the last remaining decent players on our list. I cringe watching Laidler, Betts, Garlett, Waite, etc playing good AFL footy. We need to start to show we have a future as little as next year and that is by keeping what we have and building from there. We cannot as a club throw away what we have and start again. Whether you believe we have enough or not is irrelevant. We have no room (years) left. We flowered those up and are drowning in quick sand! Time to build with 'smarts' on field but more importantly stabilise and then build our base off field. This is a huge concern right now, not tomorrow!

He's a proven three time premiership coach and a master at rebuilding and developing.
