I don't mind them dropping Graham. He is very vanilla.

He offers more than Carrazzo and Tutt to aid our spread and goal threat.

Whiley obviously dropped because he can't tag and if you can't tag in this side your days are numbered.

Graham & Bucks need a month of full game time.

White & Carrots are not automatic ins, they aren't stars and should earn spot back.

Don't classify Graham as a goal kicking mid. He has issues spreading from the contest and only excels when he plays as an extractor.

Can't play Curnow , Carrots and Nicky G in the same team it would appear. I know who I would like seeing getting a full game. If Carrots is going to retire at season's end as rumoured why not play Graham.

Wasn't Mark Whiley supposed to be Anthony Miles reincarnate?

Some NEAFL ball magnet.

It's the only way he's going to be successful at AFL level, and he's done a decent job of it so far.

Wow........in case we didn't break the record last week....this team will set the record for most blind long bombs in a game.

Really disappointing selections. It just goes to show that once again, we aren't rebuilding. Boekhorst, Graham and Buckley need to be developed at senior level.

-Don't even get me started on Whiley as a close tagger, maybe he would develop a little if he wasn't spent from chasing around the competitions best players. FFS teams don't use taggers anymore - let's turn this bug bodied in and under player into one - couldn't make me any angrier.

The club is trying to save face bringing in our terrible selections of Tutt and Dick....another example of us truly not trying to rebuild.

Don't think I'll watch this game. I'll support this shambles and turd of a club when they admit how poor they are and start to rebuild.

Like the past 6 years, the coach is coaching short term to save his bacon, thanks to a shithouse board and a terrible direction.

This club is a laughing stock in every facet. START THE REBUILD!

I'm so angry.

First time ever that I can't be bothered. If you knew me, you would be stunned by that.

Can't see this team going anywhere. There is no freshness at all.

Geez Mick loves White doesn't he? White is so average, I can't be bothered explaining why really.

We are going to be smashed to smithereens.

At least if we are young, we are developing for the future. This team selected is shit.

In micks defence of the 7 ins, only carrots & White are over 25, he hasn't brought in all veterans

Actually don't think it will last that long. It can't.

If we lose on the weekend the we have Geelong, Sydney, Adelaide before the bye we could easily be 1-9 and on the bottom of the ladder. Surely something has to be done by then? Has me barracking for a loss this weekend. :?

If it can be shorter than 16 weeks then I'm all for it.

But it's going to take something big to make the Pres reneg on his public statement I think. So bring on the worst! I want to hit rock bottom.

Why should we care when they keep pissing down our back and telling us it's raining.

MM doesn't like him because Jim belted him in 1982

Yarran is an automatic in, Watson for Jones makes sense and Menzel and Dick are young guys that need a crack.
The ??? are Carrazzo, White and Tutt.
For mine Carrazzo is still best 22. The issue is that we might not be best served by picking our best 22. We'll probably see him miss a few matches throughout the season and young guys given a run, just not this week.
White straight back in is frustrating. I don't rate him too highly tbh, but if it is a matchup issue then it's a little more acceptable. We do appear to be short a third defender, and he'll probably fill that role.
Tutt is an interesting one. I'd prefer Smith, Boekhorst or Buckley, but he's new to the club, still relatively young and has earned a recall. There's merit to the selection.
Anyway, I can't say I'm excited by the changes, but I can accept them. Personally would've dropped Armfield and left Boekhorst in though.

The serious question I have is have MLG, Trigg, SOS & Malthouse actually sat down and had a conversation about the direction of our playing group?

MM thinks he needs wins? Surely he needs to be told that the final decision at the end of the year will not be made on wins but on the development of our younger kids. SOS needs to properly assess our list and we need to either see who can play or get experience into them. So what if we win 2 games or 6 for the season?

Our methodolgy is fractured. Talk about a mess. I just don't get it.
