Blah blah blah "sack the coach he is a dud!" "they are not playing for him!" "His game plan is sh!t!" blah blah blah - how original, god give me strength. It's like the Matrix on this thread.
This is how Richmond continue to be average.
This is exactly how the working working class is maintained - get them to fight and maim each other without lifting their eyes and understanding how the structures above them created by the ruling class are the real issue. Quite obviously our problems are deeply entrenched by poor management of the club in general. Open your eyes you bunch of ignorant muts.

Too true.

The board have given up Mick to maim and gorge on. They are hoping once the zombies are fed, they will lose their appetite for change.

Gary Ayres has a fairly good Port Melbourne record.

Also has had great hair over a long period of time (longevity in the game was a criteria that I think was touched on earlier)

He's also fairly old and probably past it. Which ticks another box.

In summation: Get Ayres.

If it looks like Richmond are about to give Hardwick the sack at some point in the future, we must abandon the "mick is safe until end of season" immediately. Can't have richmond having first dibs on best available candidates.

Invest the MM million into 10-15 extra recruiting scouts throughout the country.

Who our next coach is probably doesn't matter. Our investment needs to be finding the best players available for all our live draft picks over the next 3 years. After three years, we can then worry about the coach.

Go for a young untried coach that has a good reputation as an assisstant or development coach.

Mick could find Richmond a romantic end to his career.

Maybe we could just swap coaches.
