..except that we aren't really rebuilding.. ....not with the prez saying today that he wants wins.. ..it wasn't a loaded question either, when he answered that.. ....removing any incentive for the coach to develop the kids, is not rebuilding..

You can go searching through my history to find my exact post, but from what I recall I was alluding to Lachie wanting to stay when it was being suggested he was shopping himself around. That is still the case - he wants to stay.

What I didn't know at the time was the club were the one's stopping him from signing.

Henderson is a bit overrated for mine.

Henderson's manager, Tom Petroro of Stride Management, confirmed the player did not want to address his contract immediately, but that he and the club were talking regularly and negotiations would begin "when the time is right".

Stride also manage Ellard and Watto so they are pretty much used to getting their own way with Carlton

Henderson needs to be signed up before the year is finished,or else as history shows his GAWN

Will the club please explain why we are waiting to the end of the year to make a decision on coach. Surely we know now? They need to stand up and say we are rebuidling, the coach is either the coach to take us forward or not and we start playing kids.

Why are we waiting and wasting time?

What is the direction of the club? What is our plan?

When he came in I had some hope for MLG but he is proving that he is a useless puppett.
