To be honest i don't care if we don't win a game for the rest of the year - i just want to see us play normal footy. Cause what we are dishing up at the moment isn't footy. I don't know what it is, but it ain't footy.

Thanks for that BV
I am disappointed that Whitley is used only as a tagger when we got him I thought he was much more
Agree on Sunday when he got the ball was wanting to dish off as soon as possible and almost panicked because he wasn't supposed to be hunting the ball but Beams
Whilst we want our young players to learn defensive traits we can't put them in a straight jacket and be so one dimensional

Got to agree with you there. It's mind boggling stuff! The lack of structure on field, from kickouts to spreading but especially in the forward half is unbelievable.

But the worst part is the blind bombing - which all the players are doing now - even saw cripps throw a torp on his boot blindly.

We play like under 10s

Very accurate. If he isn't practising hunting and disposing of the ball at AFL level, how is he going to react when he ends up with it? The answer is there for us to see. It's fine to match up on your man - but the fact they are giving him tight shadowing and tagging roles in this day and age is flowering flowered. They are doing a fantastic job of flowering him up

Interesting talk about how Fremantle are so much better without their specialist tagger in Crowley.

Interesting how you don't talk about how often they run the ball from HB with a completely empty forward line and try to create a goal despite that.

Not a fan of such a game style myself, but if you have the system of play for it, personnel for it and believe in it, it can be done.

I don't talk about it because I rarely watch Fremantle. Then again, who cares what I talk about anyway? I think it was Gossage pre 6am this morning.

White must be close too, he'd be a soild addtionan to the midfield works hard good size and versatile.
Things should get better as the weeks progress we'll a few weeks at least.
Games will remain very difficult to win but at least we'll the satisfaction to see a balanced team with the Krooz leading the charge. The lad will make huge difference, can't wait to see him playing with confidence again.
Go Baggers

White, Byrne and Henderson are all be a week away according to our last injury list. That said, Thomas was listed similarly and he played last week.

We could use him at either end at the moment.

In this situation defensive mindset is the default position.
Yeah we have players out and underdone.
Kids without a tank and a shallow list.
But was a long season to go before the president and the CEO pulled the pin on the season in round two.
And the rug from under players... Leaving everybody floundering in that decisions wake..
Was a predictable result.
Last weekend stkilda beat the doggies
