I think Murphy's best days are behind him but to hate on him ahead of Gibbs would be odd.
Both can still play roles in good sides. GIbbs as a halfback flanker. Murphy flanking it up with the occasional run inside the stoppages.

Both should be traded. Our future are in <25yos and top 30 draft picks. The more we have the more success we will eventually have. Anyone 25+ that bring us draft picks (captain or no captain) should be moved on. Those that don't bring those draft picks are discarded or are kept to help develop the kids.
Simple and fair. Everyone knows where we stand. Other clubs know what they need to bring to the table too
