So many kids from GWS to choose from and we got the worst ones for our first pick too

Our midfield stop plays are OK but our attacking and defensive structures are non existent. Especially when the opposition change it up and drop a defender off the stoppages. In fact its been a problem for a long time.
Young blokes like Buckley and Jaksch look lost because there's no team defensive structure. It's a matter of "heres your man and you're on your own"
We have plenty of players who are unsure of their role and a few who cannot play a designated role.
As someone said, I can't fault their endeavour but you can see the confidence evaporating before your eyes. This is a young team who all know their role teaching us about team football.
