Couldn't of happened to a better person with the decision.

All the time, Dank is saying l have evidence to clear the players. Gets to the courts and he states he left all the evidence with Essendon* and now it must be disintegrated.

Ha ha ha ha ha!

Only in a world as corrupt and predetermined as the AFL could we end up as the bad guys in all of this. But yeah... Dank works for Essendon*, Melbourne, and Gold Coast, and the Weapon works for Geelong and Essendon*. But somehow somehow they implicate us above any of those.

I don't think the issue was ever pointing the finger at us. Wasn't it that we'd been contacted by Dank/someone else and promised a "bit of what they had" after the Essendon* debacle in 2012. Cordy met with him and taped the conversation as proof of what was happening. There was no suggestion of use or even intent.

The point of never releasing the tape was likely that it was illegally recorded. Cordy needed it to prove his innocence in the matter but had no intent of making the contents public. This was only ever a sideshow and Cordy was blamed by Ratten for Essendon* overtaking our physical development in one preseason. He wanted to prove it was BS and they cheated. He succeeded.

thats probably true...

but if u look at the article its not how it reads... unless u have been following this story closely..

and if the tape is not legal it probably wouldnt hold water in any tribunal on Dank either...

do we have the full details on this case???

Only carlton pretends to cheat in order to expose cheats but then gets mistakenly reported as a cheat.

Who cheated again?

It's not illegal to record a convo like that in Victoria.

It was the other staff member that recorded it, and he always recorded his meetings. It was recorded on his iPhone and when he got a new phone it didnt bring the recordings across
