Henderson with 5 today changes the averages :)

8 goals from 4 games, leads from Bell and then Everitt / Jones.

Could be an option, he would have to improve on his first up game against willy last week.
Opportunity for him today against port

I don't give a rats arse about what we've seen of Watto until now. I want to see 5-7 consecutive games from him. Hell, there have been 100s of players before him who have been gifted games because the coach saw something in them that supporters didn't.

Give him those 5-7 games and then let us decide. He is always the first one dropped.

I'll say it again...Casboult is NO GOOD. I wish Watson had been given the same number of games. I'm confident we'd see him as an average player at worst, with limitations, but probably deserving of a spot in the side. That's my opinion anyway

Agree. Casboult and Jones are trash. We need to find someone else.

Casboult should be left deep one on one in goal square. He will be quite formidable. Gary Lyon wrote a great article in the age around forward structures. He has a lot of good points.

Time for AFL forwards to regain lost ground
'Make the loose defender accountable'
'Don't push too deep into defence'
'Play like Carey'

The only other time I hear 'Gary Lyon' and 'great' in a sentence is amongst the hooping and heehawing from Brayshaw at the start of every episode of The Footy Show. I cringe every time. He was a great player, he is not a great coach.

Siberia Rocca has his work cut out. Casboult, Jones, Wood, Cripps, Murphy. All absolute shockers.

'Points' being the operative word.

Murphy's biggest problem is he doesn't have the journey, even in field play... any more than 30 meters (set shot) and he loses accuracy trying to gain distance.

That can't be fixed.

I'd like to see stats that back up your assessment, because it doesn't sound remotely true.

Casboult is doing pretty good in his 2nd ruck role. People keep thinking of him as a key forward. That's Henderson and Jones. While they are both there then Casboult is essentially a ruckman and doing a decent job.

Watson could well play next week but in place of Jones.

one of them needs to go, they haven't been bad they have been diabolical!!! Yes, I think Watson should be given a decent run at it to see what he can produce. at least he is better than a 25% chance of kicking a goal from 20 metres out directly in front. Casboult as second ruck around the ground I can deal with so would be happy for Jones to be the one dropped

Agree with this. We played the Saints and Cas/Jones produced 1 goal. Time to mix it up.
