Anyone else wondering if Hendo has been swung back to keep Daniher at bay? Frankly I think he's the only defender we have that can stop him. I want to see him be super, super physical and intense in that match-up. He gives up a few cm of height, but gains a fair few kg in weight. Get in the kids head, get a few shoulders in his chest early and make him hesitate to leap at the ball. If he does start taking a few grabs, make sure he gets a wayward fist to the back of his head every single time... got to get him off his game if we're to be a chance.

I like the idea of Hendo forward but it's unlikely that, the way we are playing, he's going to be making a terrific contribution up front.

As well as being a good one on one defender Henderson offers good kicking skills and option selection with his disposals.

He may well set up more goals as a defender than kick as a forward.

All the bagging and cr@p we have copped in the media, surely surely we will come out with some fight, hunger and passion to win this one.
If not i will be so disappointed... we arent asking much other than to play for each other, have a red hot crack at every contest... if we want it enough we can win
I hate Essendon** with all my heart
Go Blues!!

I'll be watching our supposed leaders and seeing how they respond.

it's going to be as painful as having a camera shoved up your old fella, without an anaesthetic

History has shown in these contests, to expect the unexpected.
The underdog has always tended to be in with a chance no matter where both sides have been on the ladder.

..I think what will happen is we'll crumble across HF, making ball carriers bomb it long, these will be mopped up and the rebound attack will blitz through the open soft midfield and the defenders will cop it all match long and no one will stop the flood..

....I also think rushing back Walker is a big mistake, and will hit us hard either in this match or shortly down the track..

I hope so. Hendo is a defender. I can't stand him as a forward..

Jacksh up forward, Hendo down back. Please.

Giving myself until half time tomorrow. If we're 6+ goals down I'm going to the pub.

Not worth getting arrested at the 'G for these pricks.

My old man is putting considerable pressure on me to go. Does anyone know what the penalty is for hurling abuse (specifically about drug use) at opposition players? I don't think I'll be able to keep my mouth shut for long.

So it's OK to yell out to Jobe:

"Jobe you cheating cauliflower, I've got more morality in my left testicle than you do in that entire juiced up @#$%&! body of yours. I wouldn't p1ss on you if you were on fire. You and your good ol' boys make me want to hurl. You're not "brave", you're a cowardly @#$%&! disgrace to yourself, your club and to football. Get the @#$%&! off the field......................... "supplements".

This one for sure. Repeat ad nauseum.

Sums it up in a wonderful dogwhistling way. Kick us out for saying that then explain yourself.

And maybe yell out 'Give it back' every time Jobe goes near the pill.

Wet in Melbourne today. Buckley would be slippery up forward - recommend a switch for [C Grade Tall].

How do we play Bell, Curnow, carazzo, ellard and armfield in the one team. Am I missing anyone else?
