I am getting the impression that the club and Mick may be polls apart on what needs to happen.

Mick on radio saying the members would prefer to see him play best side and compete week in week out than play kids.

That's not what I want. I want to see kids and hope for the future, a plan.

This is confirming my views that Mick is petulant, and quickly puts players and staff into boxes.
Not sure he's quick to take them out again, or reflect that he may be contributing to the dynamic.
No good.

he said bucks can't get in because simmo, doc, yaz,tuohy & now byrne deserve it more.

i honestly can't see how that = not a fan of bucks. he was bog average v WCE in NAB and for the next 3 VFL matches. first good week was last week against AIS squad. whereas Byrne had a great NAB series and went back and played his role in the VFL.

There's no exact science and it's proven via the fact that everyone who is in the coaching department at Hawthorn came from Melbourne.
