I think all the pieces for us to become successful are being dangled in front of our nose right now, and most of them are seen and acknowledged, but where it falls over is the implementation.

Not enough patience being shown at the critical moments of selection, and then continuity of implementation. I've already covered who should probably go but I'm not close enough to the action to say with a decent degree of certainty. That you have info coming into you about that should alert you to two things:

1. There are problems
2. What you're hearing is coming via some of the people who are part of said problems

No review will ever be truly independent in a workable context, it's simply a question as to whether it is acceptable to all stake-holders.

Synners I think you need to acknowledge I've nominated 6 names out 10 on the board that, at the very least, probably lack the skills to contribute as board members.

youre not understand the underlying dynamics on the board even though i have gone over it many times extensively

each and every board member is alligned to either one cap or the other...

numbers are everything in this dynamic...

you can bust them up....
