Welll done, Wangers. You broke with this and HS publishes the story afterwards.

The interesting thing about that will be IF Swann and Rogers do well in Bris. if they do then the question has to be asked, what was holding them back at the CFC?

A quote from today's paper.
""One recruiter said last night some clubs had Boekhorst as only a rookie-list proposition but made the point many coaches would play him early to justify the selection.""

Same paper stated yesterday in a Jay Clark article that a recruiter says Boekhorst will be the next Isaac Smith.....who didn't play until rd 7 in his first year...let alone Dean Towers who didn't play at all in first year.

you cant build a list and challenge with failed early picks and using rookies in their place

We can and will. Casboult to become Travis Cloke, and a midfield of Ellard, Curnow, carrots and bell

Interesting on MLG's response to SOS & SR.

Probably one’s a new way of doing things and one’s an old way.

We will find out if the new way works in about 3-4 years time. By then it will become the old way and we will be back to square 1.

better... sure...

the old freo way didnt work..... cant believe we did that.... there was a precedent.. freo!!!... but nooooooooooooooo we couldn see it
and yes might be better... but how does it stack up against the opposition???

im not sure how people think better is better...

better than the opposition is the only thing that counts as better

One's from 5yrs ago and the other from +10yrs. Let's hope we can lead the pack (successfully) rather than follow. A lot depends on the SOSauge department.

Trades in seem to be our in our favour of late.

Gee I wonder what the hierarchy think of his 3 first round picks in his only three drafts Menzel Cripps and Boekhorst.

Thinking he might be ok at this !

Thanks MLG the old way seems to work
