Hello all,

I know this may be a touch premature, but as we are pretty much going to sack Mick Malthouse at the end of the year (presumably if we don't make finals) who will we install as the new coach?

Which coaches are in the running?
What coaching attributes should we chase?
How much should they be paid?
Should we try and steal a current senior coach?

Also as a number of current assistant coaches appear to be "Mick's men" which assistant coaches should we target?
Do we clear out all our line coaches?
Who does John Barker have photos of and how do we destroy them?

Wouldn't mind seeing Voss have another crack with Jonathon Brown as his assistant, certainly would put the wind up a few of the softkoks swanning around the club at the moment.

Voss will be better second time round and they certainly know what it takes.
