Agreed. Trigg gives the impression that he's paying attention and open to all suggestions. It's the board which is the problem...

I agree he gets it. I'm also hopeful the MLG will assist with change.

I think the Guice gets it also..... He just needs to back Trigg in the areas of engagement with encouragement AND moula

I'm going to reserve 100% judgement until I reply to Triggs email with a personal experience over the last 6 weeks sometime on the weekend. If you're 100% genuine you will reply to a reply of a call to arms email like that.

Really hoping that Trigg initiates a thorough process in searching for and appointing our next senior coach.

One would hope the board respects and allows Trigg to do this properly.
