The commentators on the AFL live radio stream don't like to jump to conclusions at all after watching not quite 3/4 of a practice match:

"The Eagles are looking very impressive here - you can really see them pushing up the ladder this year - somewhere in the top 8 would be expected"

"The Blues on the other hand will finish somewhere in the bottom 8 you'd think. Some have expected them to improve this year, but it's not likely based on this performance"

I didn't realise that the result of this practice match would be so crucial to our hopes this season?!

Apparently the Eagles are weaker as they have lost McKenzie due to injury and Glass retired, so we thats why we are no good. :roll:
