From what I saw of Buckley at the intra, can't help but agree. There is an Xfactor to this lad.

Strangehouse is going for an even performance week in week out. He doesn't want us in games that need to be changed. That is why he got rid of the flakey ones and is attempting to have a list of 30 blokes that give the same thing week in week out. From there he has to mould them into compact functioning premiership team. He has deliberately slowed us down so we hold our shape . Noone getting ahead of the ball like garlett . We wont be having those big comebacks but we wont need to as we will always be in the game.

The aim will be to clamp down on the opposition and win each quarter by a goal. All year ! No game changers required. If we need one at any stage then the team is not really ready.
