How many members bothered to vote?

I can't recall a more crucial resolution vote at our club.

At the bombers with so much publicity and 60,000 mouth frothing KoolAid drinkers, only 3500 bothered to vote in one of the most important board elections in their history.

I don't vote.. I don't buy a membership. Wasted money.. The club is rigged. They buy the membership shortfall and use it in a democratic vote.

It's their club they can fund everything.. I refuse to be a consumer.. That's what they see us as..'consumers' .. Lol

Anyway my club stinks. It won't turn itself around when the people that control it are more interested in shoring up their own place than improving the club.
This club has turned the corner alright. It's moved out of the shadows and into complete darkness.
Carlton football Inc is not a club.. And were not really 'members' to them anymore we're 'consumers'...

You have been fighting the fight on here since TBV started and haven't been able to make a dint in the joint. You've obviously disconnected and stopped buying a 'membership' but keep getting drawn into these sort of threads and getting your blood all angried up. The real issue is "is it a valid point to raise and can one offer counter arguments and stimulate genuine debate?"
