so thats what Pagan and Elshaugh were trying to do - get our heads above water
Pity Denis couldn't tell Barry Mitchell what the master plan was so he can be on the same page with the Bullants team...First time in history where the Reserves and senior coaches were not on speaking terms for nearly 2 years....and our club tolerated that situation. That was Collo, Smorgon etc ????
There are lot of people who made mistakes...and everybody makes mistakes. Problem was we made fundamental mistakes which reverberated through the seasons. And Pagan shouldnt be absolved of any responsibilities here...he had about 6 years just like Ratten
And now we have Malthouse in his third season....that's over a decade under 3 coaches
