Welcome home, Stephen.

I think you'll find Jo never left. She's been part of Women Of Carlton since it began.

At long last we have a List manager an important component to help develop a winning team.
2014 has been a monumental year of changes, there is a positive feel about the place, I'm looking forward to some real success the few years.
Ciao

I may have missed it...but are we raging about the value do a list manager versus no list manager at all...and the CEO sneaking it in as a part time duty ( as well as making football decisions)?

In general...I see only positives .
Yes I agree that we also need to look broader than ex CFC players....but this is still a positive.

only positive is if people around the club had common sense...

clearly they dont
This is why we are here at this place.....

Now is SOS going to inject this club so devoid of common sense ??

Well put it this way.. the people who have been running this club devoid of common sense... think this is a good idea...

You really only need common sense to understand list management...

...At Carlton we are stuck with the Barrassi Syndrome.

You get Barrassi, you get Diesel, You go after Parkin again, you hunt down Judd, get Pagan, bring in a young Ratten, You get Malthouse...

all behind th scenes back room deals. Silver bullet solutions

The silver bullet train doesnt work anymore.....it cant deliver excellence and cutting edge results.

You need to tick all boxes, and look at the organisation in a holistic manner, from top to bottom.

We havent adapted to the new paradigm, clinging to the old Harris, Elliott, Lofts etc formula...(they were good for their respective eras)

I think this could be the first plank in building our tower of triumph, building a synergistic, holistic and common sense approach to the future, throwing away the old silver bullet injection and totally changing the paradigm. TOWER OF TRIUMPH

First 3 got us flags, something Ken Hinkley has not achieved through his whole career.

From the sentimental part of myself "Welcome back SOS, it's great to see you home".
From the realistic part of myself "Seeing Howard The Duck in another movie was more exciting than this".

Bring back the football, so we can focus on our real passion here on TC - tearing apart our players.

Tearing apart our administrators, coaches, managers and board is too easy.

We need more opportunities to feel superior sitting in our ivory towers.

that reason isnt bad luck... it comes off the back of years and years of poor decisons....

you should question the club unless u r a pig in the sea of mediocrity

I won't be commenting on Hinkley until after Christmas when the Hinkley wars are re-ignited in earnest
