I know the impact of chemo and radiation and how far down it takes you.

Interesting that Simpson's not in the group. Does this mean we won't see him revving boys up in the huddle?

Further. Does this mean he and Carrazzo are no longer vice captain.

Looks like Gibbs is VC.

Slick and new look for the bllues.
Sam Row is a nice touch.
But this isnt about nice touch. Its about our leaders.

Cant wait till Kreuzers drive and great year compels the boys to want him in the leadership group.
Doesnt matter that Humphrey is Doullesque in some ways.

Out of interest, and a question for those who have seen some training sessions, vfl games etc. but who are the young guys who show legitimate leadership qualities? Guys that could find themselves in leadership roles in the future. Specifically I guess I think of our better young players, like Cripps, Docherty, Jaksch, Menzel etc. I've heard positive reports on Cripps leadership. Can anyone elaborate a bit more on these guys and other younger guys who show good leadership.

Buckley is a standout at training in terms of voice.

Cripps a bit like Judd where he leads by example during games.

Onya Wet Willie - live long and prosper!

The one thing I want to see out of this leadership group is on game day. I don't care much for the behind the scenes stuff (important as it is) they ALL should be hell bent on leading by example to the rest of the squad on game day. That speaks more than anything.
