As steep as $115 is, I'll be purchasing one for myself to be worn with great pride. Awesome jumper, that should stay this way forever!

No one is happier than me to see the proper guernsey worn again - thereby providing a link between these players wearing it today and the Nicholls, Doull, Kernahan, Bradley, Johnston, Buckley, Pearce, Williams etc...but I still don't get how they get the colour wrong.

The material they use (I presume from Nike) makes the colour look washed out. They should be wearing such dark navy blue that you almost think it is black every time you see it. This colour looks like it has been in the wash for 20 weeks.

Agree but I think that's probably deliberate.

There is a part of me that says that this club keeps looking backwards rather than an eye to the future.
Just another example.

Looking backwards? I couldn't disagree more. Yes there are areas you could point the finger were the club has been, and is guilty of this, but to bring back the jumper is a step in the right direction.

Anyone know whether the "new" monogram will also be used on next years' clash guernsey?

Can't see why it wouldn't be.

If we need a change jumper...We dont..We dont clash, infact no one clashes with anyone else, just wear white away shorts....
It was fine for a hundred years suddenly we need clash jumpers that look shit.
But its all about money.
Then lets just go reverse, all white with the blue logo.
I havent seen our new jumper live yet, but really hoping its not washed out crap or bits of grey....Has to be blue black..The first ever time i saw Carlton play I thought they were black.
After all we supposed to be the old DARK NAVY BLUES. not washed out blues.
